Disclaimer & Terms
- 1.
The Summer Camp is open to children aged 6–15 years.
- 2.
A parent or guardian must accompany the child on the first day for registration and consent signing.
- 3.
Fees are non-refundable after registration is confirmed. Batch transfers between the two batches are permitted subject to availability.
- 4.
All sessions are fully supervised by trained Dinklr coaches. Safety gear is provided for all activities.
- 5.
Parents and guardians must inform Dinklr of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration.
- 6.
Dinklr reserves the right to remove a child from the camp in the event of misconduct or safety concerns.
- 7.
By registering, you consent to photographs and videos of your child being used for Dinklr's promotional materials. Contact us at the time of registration to opt out.

What we collect
Your full name and phone number, provided during registration.
Why we collect it
To confirm your event registration and send you a WhatsApp confirmation message from the Dinklr team.
How it is used
Your data is used solely for the purpose of event registration confirmation. It is not shared with third parties, not sold, and not used for marketing without your separate consent.
Retention
Registration data is retained for up to 30 days after the event date, then deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or at ajay@dinklr.com.
